This volume contains the Statutes for the government of the royal exalted religious and military order of Masonic Knights Templar in England and Wales, as resolved and agreed on at the Grand Conclave held on the 13th day of May, 1853. The Committee for General Purposes directed that all copies of these Statutes be signed by the Grand Chancellor or Grand Vice-Chancellor, and the original of this book is signed by John Masson, Grand Chancellor.
